# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 25: Licence conditions during construction of the licensed works

Extent: E+W

The licence holder shall minimise the re-suspension of sediment during any stage of construction of the licensed works. Details of how this is to be achieved shall be included in the method statement for that stage to be submitted for approval under paragraph 17.
