  "text": "The licence holder shall—\n(a) permit any person who is appointed by the MMO for the purpose to inspect, and make notes from, all books, papers, maps and other records of any kind kept by the licence holder in pursuance of this licence or in connection with activities associated with this licence; and\n(b) furnish that person at reasonable times with such information at reasonable times with such reasonable assistance as may be requested by that person in connection with or arising out of an inspection in pursuance of this paragraph.",
