# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 34: Licence conditions during construction of the licensed works

The licence holder shall ensure that any oil, fuel or chemical spill within the marine environment is reported to the MMO’s Marine Pollution Response Team by email or by telephone.
