# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 35: Licence conditions during construction of the licensed works

Extent: E+W

The licence holder shall in the course of construction of the licensed works ensure that during the works all waste is stored in designated areas which are isolated from surface water drains, open water and bunded to contain any spillages.
