  "heading": "Licence conditions during construction of the licensed works",
  "text": "(1) The licence holder shall in the course of construction of the licensed works ensure that no waste concrete slurry or wash water from concrete or cement works is discharged into the marine environment.\n(2) Concrete and cement mixing shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the MMO, be contained and sited at least ten metres from any watercourse or surface water drain.\n(3) For the purposes of this paragraph “watercourse” includes all rivers, streams, ditches, drains, canals, cuts, culverts, dykes, sluices, sewers and passages through which water flows except a public sewer or drain.",
