# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 37: Licence conditions during construction of the licensed works

Extent: E+W

The licence holder shall ensure that any vessels used for rock transhipment or delivery operations—
(a) are suitably constructed and loaded to prevent rock falling over the side; and
(b) use suitable screening to prevent the loss of rock or shingle through drainage holes.
