# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 4: Rights of access

Extent: E+W

Any person authorised by the MMO shall be entitled at all reasonable times to enter into and upon any of the licence holder’s installations, vessels or equipment used or to be used in connection with the activities authorised by this licence in accordance with Chapter 2 of Part 8 (common enforcement powers) of the 2009 Act.
