# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 40: Licence conditions following completion of the licensed works

Extent: E+W

The licence holder shall ensure that, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the MMO, within six weeks of completion of the licensed works, backfill operations shall return the intertidal area to its profile prior to the commencement of the licensed activities; and the licence holder shall use the materials the details of which have been approved pursuant to paragraph 39 in respect of those backfill operations.
