# The Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015, Paragraph 5: Transfer

Extent: E+W

In the application of section 72 of the 2009 Act to this licence, subsection 72(8) of the 2009 Act shall not apply to a transfer made in accordance with article 8 (transfer of benefit of Order) of the Order.
