  "text": "(1) No stage of the authorised development shall commence until a code of construction practice has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.\n(2) All construction works shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved code of construction practice, unless otherwise agreed with the relevant planning authority.",
