# The Premises Licence (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Premises Licence (Scotland) Regulations 2007


(1) The Premises Licence (Scotland) Regulations 2007 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) After regulation 6 (operating plan) insert—
“Disabled access and facilities statement
7. A disabled access and facilities statement is to be in the form set out in schedule 6.”
(3) After schedule 5 (operating plan) insert schedule 6 (disabled access and facilities statement) as set out in the schedule of these Regulations.
