  "text": "The Premium Savings Bonds Regulations 1972, as amended, shall be further amended as follows:—\n(a) in Regulation 2(1) by inserting, after the definition of “bond”, the following definition:—\n““Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies”, except in the application of these Regulations to Scotland, means the Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies or a deputy appointed by him, ”;\n(b) by deleting Regulation 32(2)(f).",
