  "text": "ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, WALES\nMade 20th April 2001\nComing into force 21st April 2001\nThe National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 57(6) and 63(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and now vested in it, having in accordance with section 63(1) consulted such bodies as it considers appropriate, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
