Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 16th November 2000.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997f1.
