  "text": "In paragraph 9 of Part III of Schedule 5 to the principal Order—\n(a) in column 1, there is added, at the end, “or persons who are state registered paramedics”;\n(b) in column 2, after sub-paragraph (b), there is inserted—\n“(bb) medicines containing the substances Ergometrine Maleate 500mcg per ml with Oxytocin 5 iu per ml, but no other active ingredient”; and\n(c) in column 2, in sub-paragraph (c), there is inserted, at the appropriate place in the alphabetical order of the entries in that sub-paragraph, the following entries—\n“Benzylpenicillin”\n“Frusemide”\n“Metoclopramide”\n“Morphine Sulphate”\n“Streptokinase”.",
