# The Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Amendment Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Amendment Order 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Prescription Only Medicines (Human Use) Order 1997.
