Article 6 Specification of Pricing Authority as a relevant authority

The Pricing Authority is hereby specified for the purposes of sub-paragraph (7) of paragraph 9 of Schedule 5 to the Act (definition of “relevant authority” for purposes of paying remuneration to members of health authorities).
