Made 20th August 1990
Laid before Parliament 24th August 1990
Coming into force 17th September 1990
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred by section 11 of, and paragraph 9(7)(b) of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 1977 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
