  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis order continues twenty communities (three with a change of name) and constitutes thirty-two new communities in the District of Preseli Pembrokeshire and (insofar as they are not already so included) includes the Bishops and Clerks in the District and in a community.\nEach of the continued or new communities will have a community council.\nThe maps bound into this print (which form part of this note) show (a) the existing communities, and (b) the continued and new communities. The map described in (b) also incorporates a grid identifying the sheets of the boundary map referred to in article 4 of the order.\nPrints of the boundary map referred to in article 4 of the order may be inspected at the offices of the District Council. Prints may be purchased from the Welsh Office’s Map Library.\nIncidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary provision in consequence of orders of the nature of the present one is contained in the Regulations referred to in article 3 of the order.",
