  "text": "(1) Where an importer considers, or has reason to believe, that pressure equipment or an assembly referred to in Regulation 6 or 7 is not in conformity with the essential safety requirements, the importer must not place the pressure equipment or assembly on the market.\n(2) Where pressure equipment or an assembly presents a risk, the importer must inform the manufacturer and the market surveillance authority of that risk.",
