  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 76 (other than an offence arising from a contravention of or failure to comply with a requirement of regulation 12 or regulation 28) is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction—\n(i) in England and Wales, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both;\n(ii) in Scotland, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both;\n(iii) in Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence arising from a contravention of or failure to comply with a requirement of regulation 12 or regulation 28 is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both;\n(b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months, or to both.",
