# The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S

Section 6(9) of the 1974 Act and the Health and Safety (Leasing Arrangements) Regulations 1992 shall apply to these Regulations as they apply to the remainder of section 6 of that Act.
