  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order relates to certain railways forming part of the Preston Dock railway system which at the date of the Order are owned by Preston City Council. The Order authorises the City Council to transfer the railways to Steamport Southport Limited and makes other provisions in relation to the railways.",
