  "text": "PRICES\nMade 20th February 1989\nLaid before Parliament 23rd February 1989\nComing into force 1st June 1989\nThe Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Prices Act 1974 with such organisations as are mentioned in section 2(6) of that Act, in exercise of his powers under the said section 4 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–",
