# The Price Marking Order 1991, Article 13: Prices for sale of motor fuel to be indicated on pumps


Subject to article 15 below, where a person indicates that motor fuel is or may be for sale by retail on any premises, he shall give an indication in writing on the pump of the price of the motor fuel which complies with the relevant provisions of Parts I and II of Schedule 2 to this Order.
