  "text": "(1) This Order shall be enforced under the Prices Act 1974.\n(2) For the purpose of ascertaining whether any trader is exempt, under article 5(3)(c)(i), from the requirement to unit price products which are pre-packaged in a constant quantity, a trading standards authority may require that trader to produce such documentary evidence relating to the shop in question as it considers necessary.",
