  "text": "Any product which is offered by traders to consumers by means of an advertisement which is:\n(a) purely aural;\n(b) broadcast on television; or\n(c) shown at a cinema.\nAny product the price of which has been reduced from the usual price at which it is sold, on account of:\n(a) its damaged condition; or\n(b) the danger of its deterioration.\nAny product which comprises an assortment of different items sold in a single package.",
