  "heading": "Scope of application of the Order",
  "text": "(1) This Order shall not apply to –\n(a) products which are supplied in the course of the provision of a service; or\n(b) sales by auction or sales of works of art or antiques.\n(2) The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 shall apply in relation to any requirement of this Order as if the Order had been made before those Regulations were made.",
