# The Price Marking (Petrol) (Amendment) Order 1991, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 7th February 1991
Coming into force 28th February 1991
The Secretary of State, after consulting in accordance with section 4(3) of the Prices Act 1974 with the organisations as are referred to in section 2(6) of that Act, in exercise of his powers under the said section 4 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby mayes the following Order:—
