  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves on 1st April 2003 the Chingford, Wanstead and Woodford Primary Care Trust, the Redbridge Primary Care Trust and the Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone Primary Care Trust and revokes their respective Establishment Orders. A new Redbridge Primary Care Trust is created by virtue of the Redbridge Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2003.",
