# The Primary Care Trusts (Establishment) (Amendment No.2) Order 2004, Article 2: Amendment of Primary Care Trust Establishment Orders


The Schedule (area of trust) to each of the Primary Care Trust Establishment Orders listed in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order shall be amended as specified in the corresponding entry in column 2.
