  "text": "(1) Each of the Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Orders listed in the Schedule shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (2) of Article 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation)—\n(a) the definition of “Executive Committee” shall be omitted;\n(b) for the definition of “member”, “officer member” and “non-officer member” there shall be substituted—\n““member” has the meaning given in regulation 1(2) of the Membership Regulations;”.\n(3) Article 4 (members of the trust) shall be omitted.",
