This Order removes from all those PCT establishment orders listed in the Schedule the article (article 4) which sets out their membership. It also makes consequential amendments to the definitions in article 1. In future, PCTs will be free to set their own membership within the constraints of the national framework as set out in the Primary Care Trust (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/89).
