# The Primary Care Trusts (Establishment) Amendment Order 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Primary Care Trusts (Establishment) Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 10th March 2004.
(2) This Order applies to England.
