# The Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Amendment Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Amendment Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st May 2007.
(2) In this Order, “the Order” means the Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Order 2006.
