# The Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Order 2006, Article 6: Winding up of affairs of the old PCTs


It is the duty of each new PCT to take such action as may be necessary for the winding up of the affairs of any old PCT in relation to which it is the relevant new PCT.
