Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Primary Care Trusts (Functions) (England) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Primary Care Trusts (Functions) (England) Regulations 2000^f1.

These Regulations apply in relation to Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts established for areas in England only.
