Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Primary Care Trusts (Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

These Regulations apply only in relation to Health Authorities and Primary Care Trusts established for areas in England.
