# The Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2004 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2004, Paragraph 6


(1) The Health and Medicines Act 1988 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit section 2 (powers of Secretary of State).
(3) In section 8(1) (retirement or practitioners), omit paragraph (a).
