# The Primary Ophthalmic Services Amendment, Transitional and Consequential Provisions Regulations 2008, Regulation 17: Transitional provision in relation to the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Procedure) Rules 2001


Notwithstanding the amendments made to the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Procedure) Rules 2001 by paragraph 8 of Schedule 1, those Rules shall, in relation to any decision of a PCT made before 1st August 2008, continue to apply as they had effect on 31st July 2008 as if those amendments had not been made.
