In regulation 3(3) of the Sight Testing (Examination and Prescription) (No. 2) Regulations 1989^f1 for the words after “ophthalmic hospital” to the end of the paragraph substitute “in accordance with regulation 13(3) of the General Ophthalmic Contracts Regulations 2008^f2.”.
