# The Primary Ophthalmic Services Amendment, Transitional and Consequential Provisions Regulations 2008, Paragraph 10: The National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003


In regulation 3(1A) (NHS travel expenses) of the National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003—
(a) in paragraphs (a) and (c), after “primary medical services”, insert “, primary ophthalmic services”; and
(b) in paragraphs (b) and (c), after “medical practitioner”, insert “, ophthalmic practitioner”.
