# The Primary Ophthalmic Services Amendment, Transitional and Consequential Provisions Regulations 2008, Paragraph 12: The National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2004


In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2004, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “primary care list” for “primary medical or dental services” substitute “primary medical services, primary dental services or primary ophthalmic services”.
