# The Primary Ophthalmic Services Amendment, Transitional and Consequential Provisions Regulations 2008, Paragraph 17: The Primary Ophthalmic Services Regulations 2008


In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Primary Ophthalmic Services Regulations 2008, after the definition of “mobile services” insert the following definition—
““notice of entitlement” means a notice issued under regulation 8 of the National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003 for the purposes of remission of charges under the Act;”.
