  "long_title": "These Regulations make provision for who is entitled to a primary ophthalmic services sight test under the National Health Service Act 2006, in accordance with the provisions of sections 16CD and 16CE of the National Health Service Act 1977, which has force in relation to ophthalmic matters until the coming into force of the relevant provisions of the Health Act 2006 (see section 277(3) and (4) of the National Health Service Act 2006).",
