Regulation 8 Publication of information

The PCT shall publish—

(a)

sufficient details of contractors who have entered into a contract with it to enable eligible persons to make contact with them; and

(b)

information as to the times and places at which mandatory or additional services, as the case may be, are available from those contractors.
