  "text": "Every person who—\n(a) having been convicted of an offence, escapes from any lawful custody, whether in prison or not, in which he may be under such conviction; or\n(b) whether convicted or not, escapes from any prison or lock-up in which he is lawfully confined; or\n(c) being in any lawful custody otherwise than as aforesaid escapes from such custody;. . .\nPara.(d) rep. by 2004 c.4\nshall be guilty of felony and shall on conviction thereof on indictment be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.",
