  "text": "Rule 5 of the Prison Rules 1964(which relates to remission of sentence) shall be amended by inserting in paragraph (2)(a)—\n(a) at the beginning, the words “in the case of a sentence for a term of more than 12 months,” and\n(b) after the word “imprisonment)”, the words “and in the case of a sentence for a term not exceeding 12 months, one-half of that total”.",
