Paragraph 9

In rule 99 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), the following definition shall be inserted before the definition of a “convicted prisoner”:

• ““controlled drug” means any drug which is a controlled drug for the purposes of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971^f1”.
