  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Prison Rules 1964, as amended, by inserting a new rule 43A. Rule 43A governs the procedure to be followed where the Secretary of State authorises a prisoner’s removal from association and his placement in a close supervision centre of a prison.",
